ridiculously expensive overrated , called again to investigate price , qua dribble of other dentist down the road ,don't bother with answer, telephoned today for price of tooth extraction quoted 550 extreme prices
I had a very strange experience visiting the dental clinic so can’t comment on the dentist’s skills- he might be great! It was my first visit and I was asked to provide some standard information but then also to have a photo taken while I was sitting in reception. It was a bit odd and I’ve never been asked that so I told the assistant that I’d be happy to do so after first chatting with the dentist about the treatment (it was just an initial visit to talk through my options). This is my second visit, while he is in Melbourne, he has such a calming , gentle manner explains everything so easy , very gentle, walked out a very happy lady , looking forward to working with him and the rest of the team at smile solutions, very lucky to have him he’s an asset to the team very happy .
Over priced Still waiting for treatment plan nearly a month now But they don’t wait for their money
By far the worst dentist experience I have ever had! I booked in to see Dr Anand as I was referred by a friend. The first appointment I waited half an hour before being seen. After this they did an over priced by a long shot dental plan because I needed all of this work apparently. 13k worth to be exact and a total of 6 visits. I then proceeded to book in for a tooth extraction on a Friday took the day off work just to be called and told it would be cancelled as Dr Anand was sick (fair enough).
