Do yourself a favour and do NOT hire this Company. They are unreliable they are not trustworthy - they do not do a good job, you constantly have to go behind their work. They do not return phone calls. How and why they are still in business ( if they are) is suprising. The worst customer service I have ever come in contact with through out our 27 years of being in the Military.
There was an incident with my vehicle while the crew were doing their job, while I was waiting in a parking lot inside my car, something hit my back window and shattered the window. I immediately let the crew member know he contacted Brian his Boss and all I can tell you his professionalism and prompt attention to fixing and repairing my window made me feel at peace. Invitation homes hired these guys to cut a tree down in my yard that probably didn't even need to be cut down but you know, $$$ talks. The mess they made was horrendous. Trash left in my yard, fence damaged in numerous areas and no effort made to repair, my fence gate they had to take down to get the lull in was put back by them unevenly, inoperable and looks like complete crap. Scheduled twice for service, and never showed up. Won’t return phone calls. Not entirely sure this is even a real company at this point because I’ve ever been able to reach a real person.
Supposed to come clear out 2 large oaks after hurricane Milton. They showed up at 6pm without notice. Didn’t call when they arrived and sent a text 7 minutes after they said they arrived to say they would come back another time. I would literally never recommend them and I would never waste my time with them. They never answer the phone. You can’t get anyone to answer any questions. Quite literally the most unprofessional lawn care company ive ever had to deal with
