Worst customer service in the industry. My NEW trailer has had one issue after another with their more then questionable manufacturing and Extreme has been a complete nightmare to deal with. No response is their only dependable response. My attorney advised filing a lawsuit will likely be our only way of getting them to oblige to their responsibilities.
