I hate this place because there is a lack of professional services, follow up, and my couch is ruined. It's sad now that I have to follow up AGAIN when I was ASSURED by AMANDA that a DAVID would be contacting me. This was two days ago. My couch has water stains on it, and looks worse than it did before your service person cleaned it. How in the world is this even possible? Now I have to pay more money to get this fixed!! I'm so pissed!! Your machine left marks on my beautiful couch!! Was Justin trained properly!!
