Absolute pleasure meeting Marty. Came same day and fixed my dog affected carpet. Will 100% be getting back to do the rest of the house. 5 star everyday
I was extremely satisfied with Marty’s service. I found myself in an urgent situation and called Marty at 6:30pm, and he was still able to squeeze me in the very next day, which was a huge relief. The service was very professional from start to finish, and Marty is a genuinely friendly, easy-going guy who clearly knows his stuff. The carpets came up great and the whole process was stress-free. I would 100% recommend Marty to anyone needing carpet cleaning on the Gold Coast.
Very bizarre experience. Marty booked our job, called to say he was on the way then sent a text saying he had to cancel us. No explanation or phone call and he blocked my number immediately. Unreliable..
