My experience with this company was straight out red carpet service. Doug was upfront, honest, and varying, caring. We needed to get my father’s home cleaned up and really could not afford to replace carpets right now. My dad’s floors smell, look, and feel so clean. Unfortunately, some of the staining in the carpet can’t be removed due to being 40 plus year old carpet, pets, and UV exposure. Doug and his crew are fantastic. They arrived on time, inspected the carpet I needed cleaned, and got to work. They did an amazing job, and made my carpeting look like new. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will be happy to use them again.
