Doug.. John.. y’all are lifesavers!! I would recommend their team a thousand times over. 10000/10. I am writing this review after my second time utilizing their services. First service was a standard cleaning, since we purchased our new home. Second service was Roomba vs poop. Poop clearly won. Doug was on vacation and still took my call!! Who even does that?!? Extreme went above and beyond. From the beginning to end communication and customer service were top notch. The crew was here early and explained what was being done and cost. No surprises. Was great working with a small family owned company vs the big chain ones. Will for sure be using again and will recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services.
Extreme clean did a fantastic job on my carpets. I filled out a google form to receive a quote and Doug called me within minutes while he was on vacation to help me get an appointment set up for the next day. Doug and his team were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do prior to starting. Working with Doug and his team was a great experience. Doug is very personable and from my initial call he was very upfront with what to expect. He did an amazing job on cleaning my carpets and the grout on my kitchen floors. I received so many compliments. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great business to work with.
