Doug and his team did an amazing job on the carpet, area rug and ottoman in my apartment. I originally reached out to a few different businesses to get a quote and Doug called me back before anyone else. Not only was he friendly, it was immediately clear he puts his customers first. He even remembered my dog's name when he got here! My old and stained carpet looks better than it did when I moved in and my area rug looks brand new. Doug did a fantastic job for us. We first had some water damage in our basement which is all carpet. Doug was able to come in and get everything clean and smelling fresh again for us. We were so happy with the service, we hired them to carpet clean our TV room, dining room and kids play room on our main floor. We have 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat and Doug was able to get up all of the stains!! The picture speaks for itself! A++ for efficiency, cost and overall customer service! Main floor carpet is only 5 years old but had several problems areas. Pets, grandchildren, etc. Downstairs carpet is much older and needed help. Extreme Clean was friendly, professional and did a great job job of cleaning up all of the carpet, even the toughest problem areas.
