Parts promised, not delivered. Long waits for parts.
My boat was dead in the water at Cultus due to a sensor. Talked to Pamela and she was able to get me in touch with Nandi who was the tech who did the servicing. The process from first contact to getting the boat running again was first class. Highly recommend the team at Olympic Yarrow. I hope I don’t have to call on them again but if I do, that’s my first call. Thanks Pamela and Nandi
