Abosolutley the worst company out there. My van wouldn't start after I was shopping at Hyvee so I contact my road side assistance through my insurance. They dispatched these jokes. I called them and the owner said he would have his driver call me after he was dispatched. So I sat and waited. My road side assistance company said that they had verified that the tow truck was on its way and gave me an ETA of them arriving at my vehicle. Out of buisness
Good news: if you need a vehicle inspection, they work with you and don't ding you with every dang thing to get more cash out of you. Bad news: the inspection guy is unreliable. Place opens at 7/8am and this guy apparently won't show until later or takes his sweet time only to leave early at 2pm (gosh I wish I had THOSE hours must be nice). I drove out early to get an inspection before work and was told the guy wasn't there yet. I waited for an hour in the morning and the guy still wasn't there.
Great honest people. Very friendly. Genuinely care about the custumers. Good mechanics and skilled tow truck drivers.
