Tried to get a refund for a jerry can that is clearly corroding from the inside. Stopped responding to emails. Sent two letters, one signed for. Still nothing. Absolutely no chance they haven't seen the correspondence but still no response
Ordered some paint for my motorbike took nearly 4 weeks to arrive after numerous calls to them, when it finally arrived they had only sent one can but taken payment for 2 currnetly trying to get a refund but not getting very far would certainly avoid this company in future.
Buyers Beware of this Cowboy operation. Purchased a Paint from the paint Colour Code taken from the Vin Plate on my vehicle. Was sent the wrong colour. After asking me to confirm Vin No and send photos of Vin Plate which I did I was offered a choice of Return or replacement. When neither arrived I again contacted them to be told I ordered the wrong Colour. Disgraceful behaviour from lying Cowboy operation.
Purchased touch up up. Extremely happy.
