If it was possible to give a 0 I would. This establishment has the WORST customer service I have EVER. Experienced!!! At first I thought they fixed the problem perfectly and a few weeks later I found out there was something that was not fixed which ended up costing $500 more somewhere else. The other mechanic told me that if they would have just advised me to have something else looked at, it would have saved me the $500. Honest, good repair. It's rare to find a mechanic shop that doesn't withhold information, belittle you, or try to cheat you. Extreme Auto is one of those places. They answered all of my questions without giving thought to their own bottom line first, which I really appreciated. When the bill started to rise due to the number of repairs needed, they found a way to save me 20%. The kinds of things that keep a person coming back.
Many years of great service I drive my cars till they drop so having a reliable, trustworthy mechanic is near the top of my list. Whenever I've had my car serviced at Extreme, whether it's been something serious like a head gasket or minor like an inspection, I've received top notch service and a fix I knew I could count on for many miles to come. I've been on the flip side of this and it isn't fun so I truly appreciate the honest and integrity with which everyone at Extreme conducts their business. I highly recommend!
Years of Service I have been having repairs done by Extreme Auto for over 10 years, and have always left with a smile and a fixed vehicle. They assess the problem accurately and quickly, and fix only what is broken. I will continue bringing all my problems to them, and promote them to anyone I can.

feels good I have been taking my vehicle to Extreme Auto for years, they have always treated me with respect and take the time to explain and show me what is wrong with my car. I find they are efficient and have always had my car done before promised. There have been times I wasnt even charged for diagnosis. There prices have always been below others in the area. Alright At first, I really enjoyed Extreme Auto. They seemed honest, and like they cared. Over the years, however, it seemed like their work got less reliable and the prices seemed to soar. It has been a couple of years since I tried them out. So, maybe I should give them another shot. However, I'm happy with where I am now. They did a lot of work on our Dodge Caravan, that never seemed to get fixed. I guess it is possible that it was a particular problem with that car.
