I just called to quote four speakers and an amp for them with installation. And they quoted me like $800 for the installation above the cost of the speakers and the amp. I don't know if there was some kind of misunderstanding or something but holy crap. If the speakers and amp together cost about $550 and they said $1379. Outrageous I called back to clarify and yup they want $800 to do an install. Said it would take 6 hours. Yeah right buddy
Had trouble with a Mazda infotainment install, told me they had a guy who can do it no problem. Got called 2 hours after dropping it off saying they can't do it. Got my car back and it looked like they barely touched anything behind the old unit. Had to wait a week just to be told they're not capable.
Ive been to extreme audio twice, both time for subwoofer installs. They have absolutely amazing service and are super informative. I believe Ethan was the name of the technician who worked on my vehicle and he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He was excited to tell me about and show me the system he installed. The team at Extreme Audio was great. They were quick to respond to my quote request to tint the windows on my yukon. Super easy to schedule with them. They were amazing to their customers while I waited in the shop for them to tint my windows. They finished my windows faster than their original estimate. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is because I asked for the front windows to match the back and to me they are a shade lighter.
