Staff was friendly and courteous. Waiting and reception was professional and clean. Work was done in a timely and neat manner. Only disappointment was the lack of interface with the unit that I chose and Sirius XM. Even though the box showed XM on the display, I was told it would require an extra piece to access it through the antennae. It is available through my phone on CarPlay, which has worked well so far. Staff was helpful in figuring this out as I was unfamiliar with CarPlay.
Shawn and Justin are always accommodating! I will return again for more upgrades!
