FINALLY CLOSED DOWN I've done business with this company several times. The first few went great, I even spent enough to get a $50 credit with loyalty points. I finally used that in late 2021 to get an LPK they had on sale and a couple of qd sling ends. That's when the problems started. I understand that technically it was a "free" order, but the customer service was so bad. I got a tracking number 3 weeks after my order, 2 weeks later it still hadn't shipped. COMPETE RIP OFF. Company is a scam. Like others placed an order on 12-19 & credit card charged 12-20. As of 1-6 no product. Submitted 2 emails & no response. Called many times & recording says closed. Filed a dispute with credit card company & BBB. However input the blame on me for not checking this company out before buying.
