Went in for a pedicure and came out with my cuticles mutilated and flooded with polish. An hour long pedicure and half of my toenails are filed diagonally. The polish is streaky and very poorly done. I’m Incredibly disappointed with my service today.

Went in for first time for a mani pedi and the ladies were super nice. However the short older lady who did my toes was wayyy too rough. She definitely shouldn’t be doing pedis, I was very uncomfortable the whole time she was doing my toes. Also don’t like that her and the other lady on my nails talked in Spanish about what to charge me. She was told what to charge me but they went back and forth on it and ended up charging me more…. Wanted to try a new spot out but unfortunately I won’t be back.

This was my second time coming in for nail services, and once again, the experience was wonderful. They are always thorough and detailed, making sure everything looks perfect. The customer service has remained consistently great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional both times. I truly felt well taken care of and will definitely be returning!

I hate to leave a poor review because the nail tech I had was so sweet and my low review is not necessarily towards her but of this establishment. I came in without an appointment during a Friday afternoon and there were five nail techs available with only one other client. Even then, they made me wait until they figured out “who was going to take care of me”. I had the pleasure of meeting Teresa who gave me a good gel manicure.
