I have a GREAT EXPERIENCE, everytime I go to see Dr. Brandy Brown, she is a doctor that is really concerned about her patients, and there well being.
Dr Brown is awesome! She listened to all of my concerns and was able to get me a rating within 2 weeks after sending off my nexus letters. She addressed issues in a timely manner as well. Will definitely be recommending her to my fellow vets.
I’ve been going to Dr. Brandy for years and she is by far the best ever! Her genuine concern for her patients well being shows in how she interacts with them. I would recommend her services every time!
I absolutely love Dr. Brown. She's amazing and actually cares and listens and gives great feedback. And I've been with her for over a year now
Her office never answers during business hours, they take days to call back, nobody replies in the online message portal. Lots of info in her visit summary notes is wrong and not what I said during the appointment at all. Also she sent the wrong dosage of medication to the pharmacy which resulted in me temporarily getting sick. We both confirmed the actual correct dosage multiple times during the appointment and I have it correct in my notes but in hers it's wrong.
