Jim was wonderful to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and willing to spend lots of extra time to help me understand all my options. He quickly installed the furnace and instructed me in its use. He was on time for all appointments with me and he was generous in quickly educating me on many facets of how warm and cool air flow works in a home. This buisness took care of my cooling need the same day i got in contact with them. the gentlemen who helped was very knowlodgebale and kind. He answered all my questions thouroughly and was able to word them to my understandings. The price was great! it fit right into my budget and was finished in a timely manner.
