I was assigned this vendor through American Home Shield. The service person was on time, very courteous and did a great job. The owner who was sitting in the van was rude and confrontational. When I approached him to pay for the services rendered, I suggested that for customer safety he have some identification on his truck or provide his service persons with some identifying apparel. Home warranty company said we had to use this company. I’ve called at least a dozen times and keep getting their answering machine. They have not returned any calls. Very unresponsive with return calls. I have now been waiting 10 days with no air conditioner. Warranty company is giving me problems with assigning a new vendor. I would also avoid American Home Shield also.

Recommended by my warranty company. They came in, 'cleaned the flame rod' and said that the furnace works. Couple of hours later it STOPPED working. Of course they didn't come back. It is frigid outside and it will get worse for the next few days.
