i believe this company's use of the word 'confrontational' when referring to tenants, is a testament to extramile prop. mgmt company's lack there of going to extra mile, for anyone but property owners. Renters beware!
Arash Khalatbari has hung up on me many times, when I've attempted contact during his tenure as my property manager. Do not recommend his services.
Renting out a property is a stressful process, and at first, I felt fortunate to find Arash from Extra Mile Property Management. He was incredibly responsive, assuring me any time of the day or night. His tenant acquisition fee and property management fee is slightly lower which seemed like an added bonus.
