I’ve been training with Tom for quite a few months now. The new space is well-equipped, and everyone who trains there is incredibly welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. Tom created a great program and will always get behind you and push you right to where you need to be. Definitely recommend for anyone on the fence

I’ve recently started training with Tom at Extract Fitness and I couldn’t be happier. The gym is in elite condition, always spotless and fitted out with a range of quality machines, which makes training there really motivating. I have been working with Tommy for over a year and started doing sessions at his new place when it opened. I have loved every minute of it and Tommy has made sure to make me feel welcomed but also always pushing me towards my limits and closer to my goals. The space is always kept clean and in great condition. Overall, I couldn’t recommend extract enough!!

Started Here Middle of November. And has been such an awesome experience. Tommy has been such a great mentor and person. So easy to talk to and very friendly and is super knowledgeable and has helped me grow in the gym so much in under 2 months. If your thinking of coming here I 100% recommend
