As a new person in town its hard to find and trust new vendors of any kind. Sheer chance brought me in touch with Tim and Kelly of EXTRACT AWAY maybe it was my guardian angel working with THEIR guardian angels. My new home was frought with the residuals of 3 former in house resident cats(!) Carpet cleaning & repair – I put off cleaning for too long so finally called & got it done - I have 2 teens who eat in the LR. Anyway, I took a picture of the Living room when he was 1/2 done because the difference was shocking! Kids are even surprised at how bad it was & they are trying to be more careful & even taking off their shoes! Yea!! Hope I can add my pic. not sure...Repairs were handled easily & professionally. Great Job!!

GREAT Cleaning job & Install!! – I needed a deep clean, pets & kids, you know. Excellent work! Used a different tool with his truck mount so it got all the dog hair - thank goodness! His card says rotovac - it's Good! I will call him again! 10 year old carpet looks really nice now - I am surprised. Smells nice too! Carpet Repair & Cleaning – Very, Very, Very pleased with Extract Away! They did everything promised & did an excellent job at a reasonable price too! I appreciated the fact they were reliable & very open & discussed job & were honest. Would certainly recommend them highly & plan to use them again. The patch job they did before the cleaning was absolutely flawless & not noticeable at all. Tim must be a great carpet installer too! That's my next big project in a year.

Great prices, expert carpet installation & customer service. Would recommend Extract Away in a heartbeat!A friend used them after me for cleaning, they said the machine they used to clean was different from the last guys & did a fabulous job removing the dog hair. I don't know what it was. Just ask them I guess.I get a discount next time for referring my friend. Thanks Tim!

I sent Extract Away to clean another home for my friend after they installed for me. They did a great job with the cleaning! All dog hair is gone! Yeah! My friends were very happy!

Tim and Kelly were great to work with, explaining the procedures, etc... They fit me into their busy summer schedule and took care of my carpet repair and installation right away.
