Almost lost my engine due to lack of attention. After smelling a burnt smell coming from my engine (Mazda 3) , I decided to have these guys take a look , turns out they detected a couple of issues and one of them was a oil leak , after a 2/3 days they fixed. Couple days later the smell continued again and I imagined it was just the aftermath of fixing the engine and it would go away , till I had to go out of state and my engine stared smoking . Turns out they never refilled the oil after nearly all of it leaked out .
The picture shows when we brought the car in VS when we took the car out. I came here a few months ago to fix an issue with my tire and they took care of me so I recently recommended this place to a friend... BIG mistake. First of all, they kept the car there for OVER A WEEK just sitting there before finally looking at it. Then when we say we could provide the parts, they said "no, only we get the parts", and now I see why, They tried charging him over a whopping $6000 for a tiny Honda hatchback that's been discontinued.
