I have been using Extra Touch cleaning for many years. Shane and his team are meticulous and do an amazing job. My carpets always look wonderful when they are done.
Shane (along with his co-worker... Josh(?) was really excellent to work with! The stretching of our carpet turned out really well and we appreciate the hard work very much... which is often quite difficult to find these days! Extra Touch Cleaning, Shane was recommended by my realtor when I bought my home. Shane, the owner. personally comes each time, along with a co-worker, so I know that I am getting cleaning from a knowledgeable person who cares about maintaining an excellent reputation. I have carpet and also a wool rug. Their prep includes hose guards on the walls, protection wand cleaning where carpet meets hard surfaces, spotting, and making sure all moveable pieces are cleared from carpet areas.
