I was impressed with how well the unit was maintained and the staff that I interacted with Mr.Tarbell, was helpful and professional. A suggestion I would offer would be to address the problem with all the roads inside the complex that take large dips into potholes and uneven terrain that has to be navigated to reach the units. The other problem was once you made it to your destination there were NEVER any available carts to transport cargo…EVER! Huge drawback! Robert at Extra Space was Extra Helpful when it came time for our move out. He went above and beyond to make the process easy even if I was 1500 miles away. Thanks again Robert. This our second time renting here during summer break from college. I can’t recommend Extra Space enough.
