This is the first time ever I’ve had to use a storage facility. We went with the 10 x 10 unit after initially going with the 5 x 10 unit, so happy we did, everything from my apartment fits; so very spacious. HOPE & NICK at the Wilbraham facility have made it a worthwhile, easy, and smooth transaction!!! Nice, and approachable, not pushy at all, they definitely go the extra mile for customers. Very very nice people!! Workers HOPE and NICK are very amicable- Not forceful. Very good security. not likely that anything would happen to your belongings. reasonable priced storage they give you a lot of options a give you ALL ! information up front , whole facility is very clean. If you’re looking for storage long or short term your best option would be to go with this storage facility. This is the first time we’ve ever renting a storage unit and it was the best experience 🤍🤍
Hi! Recently started working with extra space to help me and my family have a place to keep our things during our transition to a new home. I’ve worked with uhaul before and they provided adequate service, but I wish I knew about extra space sooner. The manager Nick was super helpful, as well as friendly. If I ever needed to keep my things somewhere, I know right where to go. Thanks a lot Extra Space!!
