Easiest rental experience I've ever had. Very affordable. Guillian was awesome. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions
We had never rented storage space and had no idea what we needed and over ordered how much space. Once we got there and saw the space we knew instantly we over ordered and wouldn't need 2 units. After emptying the truck the one unit was only half full. I went to the office spoke with Jose who said he would speak with Keri. She called me the very next morning to say she was able to help sort it's out. Good Customer service is rare these days but Extra Storage has 2 I hope they appreciate them as much as I do.
