I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, and a huge part of that was thanks to the manager, Rachel! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well-maintained. If you need storage, definitely go see Rachel—she provides top-tier customer service!
Rachel was super helpful in getting me set up with my new rental unit in NP. I had to upgrade to a bigger unit and she made the process easy.
The space was clean and Rachel was wonder at the front desk.
