Lovely exchange over the phone. Pricing is a little confusing, as I did not need bedrooms done. I prefer a breakdown of rooms/squarefootage/hourly rates etc. I could have asked more questions. Would have liked to reach them somehow the day of, as my son was home and wanted them to know. As for the cleaning - bathrooms were sparkling clean! Woods floors were immaculate! a year ago I needed a complete cleaning of my apartment. Extra Scrub was recommended by two tenants in my complex and I decided to arrange cleaning with them. They did such a thorough fantastic job I decided to continue with their services once a month and then went to having them clean every other week. I am so happy with their work and they are a great group of ladies to have in. I now look forward the having them biweekly to do my cleaning.
Could not express how thankful and appreciative I am of Extra Scrub.These ladies are a lifesaver ! Cassandra and her team are detailed oriented, thorough and accommodating. As a Mom of a toddler who destroys the house on a daily basis, I count down the days until they come help me tidy up. Highly recommend this cleaning company if you want an extra sparkly clean. 6+ stars !
