The project involved a complex of eight townhouses and the process was completed with the minimum of disruption. Karl's interaction with all residents was commendable, everyone was informed as to the projected timeline and all requests were handled in a friendly manner. Karl went over and above from beginning to end, with outstanding customer service; ongoing follow-up re timelines, and excellent/ methodical workmanship.
