First of staff are really accommodating friendly. Had my first service on my new z900 2025. Runs perfectly always gives best option and best product and service. True extra mile service: had left my bike on different occasions month after service. Gave me peace of mind while traveling brisbane on car as it’s too cold to drive. So they offer me to park my bike with them then continue to travel. Kindness is really appreciate. Hands up to hazel and the team

We travelled to Extra mile yesterday to collect a new Vulcan, as we purchased from on line, the service provided to us was second to none, so helpful, would highly recommend Extra Mile and there wonderful staff, thanks guys so much.
My 10 yo daughters bikes brakes got jammed at the BP beside extra mile. Josh came out and fixed it and got her back on the road free of charge. Top notch service.
Absolute unbelievable customer service, efficiency, quality of work and range of products Hazel and Josh!!! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful local business in our town.
