We were traveling from out of town and our car started smoking. Extra mile met us at a gas station and took time to look over our entire car and help us even on short notice. Ended up being just some burn off but he stayed to help, made some recommendations and didn’t ask for payment (although we did pay him for his time because of the above and beyond service). Came out on a Saturday in the pouring rain. 100% recommend
The name really does not do this man justice! He came out on a saturday morning when my family was stranded in Luray-4 min from our destination-with a busted radiator. He was honest about the diagnostics of the issue, replaced it in a very timely manner, and had extremely reasonable pricing for an emergency weekend job! Our family is extremely grateful for Extra Mile Garage, and we highly recommend!
I’ve known sam now for almost 5 years , he is extremely professional, thorough , knowledgeable and trustworthy. Was in the area briefly for a trip when my car started making a terrible noise. Called this shop to make sure they were open, and 15 minutes later he had found the issue. Great experience. Very helpful on short notice. Definitely recommend.
