We had used their service once before and were satisfied but the second time not! I called to make an appointment and asked if when I brought our avalanche in a mechanic could take a short 5 minute ride so I could show him the noise we were concerned about. I was told no they wouldn't do that. I asked them why and explained it would save time for both of us if I could point it out. Totally Freaking Honest Mechanic!!!! – Took my 2004 Jeep Liberty in with a rattle in the back end. I thought it was a U-Joint. Dave, owner, went for a drive with me, heard the noise, wasn't sure what the problem was, but offered to "take a look" at the drive train. I left the car with him for five days (was heading out of town on vacation). When I got back he told me no charge.
