We had used their service once before and were satisfied but the second time not! I called to make an appointment and asked if when I brought our avalanche in a mechanic could take a short 5 minute ride so I could show him the noise we were concerned about. I was told no they wouldn't do that. I asked them why and explained it would save time for both of us if I could point it out.
