Great customer service! Yet quality of service was not great. I have a 2019 BMW 330I. My engine light was on and I was told it was a radiator flap. I replaced it with them for approx $1350 and afterwards, the light came back on. Took my car back to them and was told it wasn’t the radiator flap, they were in error. It was actually a leak and it would be over $3K to fix. Took my car to BMW to assess and they wouldn’t work on the car because a zip tie had been put on a hose and they didn’t want to come behind that kind of work.... read more
