5 star service!
Very nice people. My only complaint is that I paid $1000 to still have the same problem literally a week after I left the shop. My truck was running hot and the hoses were replaced but we took it back and was told it was the radiator and that would be over another $1000 to repair. I would've thought that someone would've seen the radiator as the main culprit. I'm not a mechanic so I don't know. Extra mile truly goes the "Extra Mile" for their customers! I live over 20 min away and its worth the drive for their customer service, attention to detail, and above all, excellent work! I called last week to get quoted on a new set of tires for my truck and some brake pads, they had the tires ordered and my service completed quickly! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Extra Mile!
