I highly recommend anyone to deal with Josh and michelle, they found me EXACTLY what i wanted an worked out every little detail an in a quick but timely fashion an even made the deal in time for my birthday :) BEST SALES team i have ever dealt with while purchasing a vehicle! We dealt with Mat Harnett, a sales manager and he was great. Mat listened to our needs, offered advice and worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price point. August 30, 2020 SALES VISIT - NEW I had a great experience with my 2020 Jeep Cherokee purchase. Natasha Larose was very professional and respectful of our time. She had everything ready for us when we came in to visit the dealership. She is easy to talk to and got all our questions answered in a timely fashion. We did not feel pressured in any way and feel that we got a fair deal, especially for our trade in. I would highly recommend Natasha and this dealership.
I had ana amazing experience with this company especially the sales associate Josh. He helped with all my questions and I had many. He was upbeat and made me feel like he actually cared and was trying to help me and treated me like a value customer I was impressed with the customer service as i never write reviews for anyone but I just had to share with everyone my experience there. It was a good and fast experience, I filled out an application, spoke to Josh over at golden mile Chrysler and I drove away in my car less than a week later. Him and his manager Toni were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated the good service.
