I have been using Extra Help MK for just over six months now and I'm finding the organisation fabulous. Alexandra (Franchise owner in Milton Keynes) is very efficient and effective in arranging Cleaning for me (at the moment it's only this element of their services that I've been using, but I would have no qualms in using any of the other elements such as befriending, shopping et cetera). I wanted to leave it a while before I gave a review so I didn't get too carried away with initial enthusiasm for the service I've received, but after a couple of months it's still been consistently fantastic! I was perfectly matched with Zoe, who had incredible understanding about my disability needs and also more than competent in the help she's provided!
