Office staff friendly, very helpful, place is convenient
Higher prices than their competitors but not too high I guess. Alot of small units available and ready to rent. No climate controlled units available. Alot of spiders. Nobody answers the phone in the office like ever.
Very unprofessional management. Talked very vulgar and rude. Contacted them to let them know I didn't want the unit anymore she said that was fine she needed a letter from me however due to covid-19 and me having surgery plus being quarantined for a week I haven't been able to do it. She called saying inappropriate things to me with fowl language, then proceeded to tell me I didn't contact her which is a lie.
