I do business with these guys on musical instruments frequently. They have the best pawn staff in the OKC Metro. By far.
I tried to post this earlier, but they blocked it. I went in about 3 o’clock in the afternoon. There was one guy working there. I asked if everybody was at lunch. He said well you can call at that. Originally, I left at one star review because I felt like the communication was bent in the wrong direction. Shortly, after leaving the review, the person who I left the review on came into my business to straighten things out. Turns out there was really nothing to be straightened out. This is in response to the owner commenting on my review. Since I can’t get a response back. I guess the owner missed the part where I had called the Monday before the time was up and asked if I could come in on Friday. To which they agreed to. Second I guess he missed the part where they lied to me. Told me they didn’t even have the pawn in my name multiple times.
