Originally, I left at one star review because I felt like the communication was bent in the wrong direction. Shortly, after leaving the review, the person who I left the review on came into my business to straighten things out. Turns out there was really nothing to be straightened out. This is in response to the owner commenting on my review. Since I can’t get a response back. I guess the owner missed the part where I had called the Monday before the time was up and asked if I could come in on Friday. To which they agreed to. Second I guess he missed the part where they lied to me. Told me they didn’t even have the pawn in my name multiple times. This was my favorite pawn shop until yesterday. I had pawned my ring. It was due August 23rd. I was late but I called this last Tuesday and the chick told me it was fine for me to come get it on Friday. Friday comes and I call to get the total to get out of atm.
