We just got a heat pump with furnace and water heater installed by Michael and his team at Extra Air. It was a relatively painless experience. They were very patient with our questions, very efficient in their work, very straightforward in their dealings, and quite cost-effective in all they did. All done in a day: little fuss, no muss.
