Mahmoud is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about boiler heating systems. He has been available even after hours, once resolving an issue over the phone and another time promptly coming on-site the next day to fix the problem. I’ll definitely be relying on his services again!
We just had Extra Air change our furnace & AC - we had a really great experience and everything is working well! They offered a great price and the service was fantastic! During the install - they took the time to explain the process and then helped me understand how to use the new furnace! They even installed our new thermostat - which was really great!
Last year we wanted a humidification solution for the whole house, and Extra Air System was able to deliver at the best value, and relatively quickly too. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This year, the humidifier needed a consumable canister replaced, and they were very quick to respond and perform the service within a few hours from the call.
