TL;DR: Do not trust these guys. I brought my 2016 Sentra here for a transmission "judder" issue. The service department told me there was nothing they could do except replace the entire CVT for $6,000 - more than the car is even worth. Instead of taking their word for it, I did a simple CVT fluid drain and fill myself for only $60 worth of oil. The problem is now completely gone. It’s disappointing that they didn’t suggest this basic maintenance (suggested every 60,000 mi) and instead tried to push for an expensive replaceme... read more
