I wouldn’t recommend this doctor based on our recent experience. I took my brother in for an appointment, but unfortunately, the visit was disappointing. The doctor did not seem helpful or engaged, and we left feeling like we didn’t receive any real guidance or care. It also appeared that the facility lacked proper medical equipment, and I’m not confident in the level of expertise available. Overall, not a place I would return to or suggest to others.
Dr Hetzel is an absolute gentleman and competent care provider. His wife, Trudy, the receptionist is always kind and accommodating. A++
