Beware of Extivita’s pre-purchase policy: When I contacted them to request a refund since I had moved out of the area, they told me that, refunds are not allowed after 1 year, even if the service was never used and a doctor’s note(!) is required to even consider a refund — despite never needing a doctor’s note to purchase the package.
