Hubby & I took the business fire extinguisher here. The job was done, but communication between those doing the work and those answering the phone is a problem. The staff at the business phone number isn't made aware when jobs are done. We received mixed messages about pickup. Also, the primary number we requested a call on wasn't used, and no messages were left on the numbers they did call. Company also wasn't really interested in addressing concerns about communication, so we'll go with somebody else next time.
This company is the best! Every year they come out to the office and check my extinguishers. What is so great is that I don't even have to remember to call them, they have me on their schedule!
You don't just run off with someones extinguisher 90 minutes after clearing it and not notify them of the reason you took it. I took that extinguisher [I have the serial number] to the fire department to have it checked two days prior, and it was good. It is against the fire code for my apartment not to have an extinguisher in each apartment and especially bc I'm a disabled veteran. Very disgusting company. A man name Recardo from company come over and inspected ,he roughly give me the price verbally, later he finds that price is lower then the other company . He said he would give me the official quote tomorrow and he didn’t. I called him several times and texted him in different time since then until 2 weeks of time goes by.
