Paid in advance over 4k for roach treatment and they did not get rid of them and once the 6months was up they ignored us and didn’t want to come back. In spite of us paying for 8 units but then only treating 3 apts the last 4 months. So now we called a better reviewed company from NDG and paying for another 6 months. New company gave us a bit of a deal because we already spent about 4500$ with problem not resolved with Inspex. The new company is using 3 pest control methods simultaneously instead. Just had a young technician come by and help us with a wasp infestation in our duplex. He found the nest in the neighbors wall! Super quick, very efficient, didn’t give up and was overall kind. 10/10 would recommend.
