Darren helps us twice, for a mice and rat problem. When he got our call, he came rapidly within 24 hours. He checked our house (inside/outside), understood where the rodent problem came from, gave us advice on what to do and put traps with poison, these are safe for children and dogs. With his help our rodent problems were solved rapidly and I'm very thankful for all his help. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended :)

It was my first time contacting anyone for rodent/pest control after buying my first house and suddenly realizing that a critter had also moved in. I was able to explain all the evidence and Darren was very service-oriented, working through the possibilities with me and collecting further evidence he needed to offer a solution.
