We love Josh! We have used him for a while, even before he started with Extermco. We started using his services after our son was bitten by a tick, he was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever he was only 16 months old. This was a nightmare and very devastating for our family. Now that we've been getting services from Josh we can now enjoy our land and big yard and be outside again with some peace of mind. Extermco has been lovely to work with from the beginning. They provided a free virtual estimate while we were in the process of purchasing our home, then they came out the day we closed on our home to provide an in-person estimate. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help and educate us as customers. 10/10 recommend.
Terrible service. There are still ants and bugs in my home. I have sent three emails and one text message, and I have made seven phone calls—of which they only answered two. During one of those calls, I asked my son to speak on my behalf due to the language barrier, specifically to CANCEL THE SERVICE, as I do not want them to return. The representative told my son that they would call me back in Spanish, but I still haven't received that call.
