Terrible company would never recommend them to even a section 8 housing developer. Nothing about there shutters are custom! Horrible customer service l! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! These guys were suggested to me by my entry door contractor. I ordered the color samples, received them in 2 days. Went ahead and ordered the shutters, they were shipped one day later than originally promised. Decided to reuse the original installed brick wall anchors and ordered screws, got them in 2 days. Everything was fine with product. The website could use a little help with ordering and tracking orders. For what I paid and what I got they met expectations.
Buyer beware!!! All these bad reviews are legitimate and warranted. Estimated ship time from order was 7 to 10 days. 37 days later and my product was still in "processing" status. Got no answers. If you're on a timeline, don't bother!! Pay a little more somewhere else if you have to. The panels on the back of the shutters are pressure sealed. On each of the two shutters, the seals had failed on the entire side or length of the shutters. The customer service rep said the manufacturer claims they will be fine once installed. Not the quality I expected for the price we paid. So sorry I didn't read reviews before purchasing from this company.
