Vinyl shutters appear to be of pretty good quality. But customer service was very poor. Items were estimated to ship between May 5 - May 18, but were not shipped until June 8 (and received on June 10). Along the way, there was no updates, no communication, and no answers as to what was going on. Buyer beware. If you need your shutters shipped by a certain date, best to buy from another vendor.
Horrible quality of shutters...DO NOT USe this company. We ordered the cabinets straight off the website...no customization required and they will not return this horribly unusable product because they consider them "custom" ..again right off the website with their options in color and size etc. The quality of the product delivered is what is most shocking. If we hung these on our house they'd last a year at best. Its incredibly sad that a company actually could make a product this poor.
Another terrible experience with Exterior Solutions. We are a high end design build firm out of Nashville and we are moving to one of the many other shutter companies out there. I would listen to everyone online when they say they have had a bad experience with this company. There are too many others out there trying to get your business and are willing to work hard at keeping it.
Terrible company would never recommend them to even a section 8 housing developer. Nothing about there shutters are custom! Horrible customer service l! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! They delivered 3D printed shutters and damaged my customers property and did absolutely nothing about it except tell me to contact the company they hired... then I told them I wanted to return The un custom shutters then they want to robb you and charge a 35% restocking fee and make you pay return cost!
