Phenomenal customer service, great quality, and quick install. Overall amazing experience from start to finish. We worked with Ron from Exteriors West and he went above and beyond for our Patio Cover. He was very friendly, professional, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Final product was a beautiful patio cover and we would recommend this company over any other in Kitsap County.
Jamie, the Project Manager was amazing and responsive! Worked within my budget to help me get exactly what I wanted. The assembly crew was professional and tidy. They did a terrific job!!
We are in the design stage @ this time. We have presented our deck to several design contractors, but they havent thought "outside the box". Jamie, the project manager was able to! He looked it over, looked at our design, and came up with a perfect solution to our deck cover need. He showed us the material, we visited the business, and got to see more extensive products. After the on site visit, we came to an even better solution to our deck cover needs & wants. I would have given a 5 star....but the job hasn't started yet. ... read more
