When started doing work for me and getting paid promptly, they were fine. When there was an issue with some work done that caused leakage, they promised to return to review their work. I haven’t received any return calls or reply to my written correspondence to them.
Despite verbal assurances that he “stands by his work” as well as a written warranty, Mike has ignored requests to fix his badly crumbling mortar on our retaining wall despite promising to take care of it “in a few weeks.” After acknowledging the problem & stating he would fix it, they no longer answer calls or e-mails. Multiple excuses have been given over a period of years including workload, weather, injury, delays. I previously recommended Exterior Solutions to friends but they clearly do not stand behind their work.
