Exterior Remediation Specialist did such a great job! Communicating with Roel was so easy, which is very rare with contractors and construction companies in my experience. The work they did was thorough and careful and they charged me a very fair price. I appreciated them talking me through the phases of repairs (they were extensive) as they went. They really seem to care and they made the process painless. I will definitely use them in the future!
If you want your stucco home to look and feel like new, I highly recommend Exterior Remediation Specialists. Roel and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. This included removing stucco and replacing rotted wood and then reconstructing the stucco areas, sealing and painting. No detail was left undone. Everyone on the crew was extremely talented and respectful. Kudos to ERS!!
Amazing customer service and immediate communication throughout the entire process. Roel especially was great to work with from start to finish. Not only was he at my house within 20 minutes of our initial phone call, but he also gladly responded rapidly to each and every one of my nagging update requests while I was out of town. Most importantly he was honest from the initial consultation and delivered on the deadline he promised. I couldn’t recommend this company more for great service and quality product.
