Exterior Remediation Specialist did a fantastic job with our complete bathroom remodel. The team was detail oriented and checked every box we had for the scope of the project! They fully gutted the existing bathroom and added shelving and a wall. They installed a custom counter and enlarged the shower. Exterior Remediation Specialist did such a great job! Communicating with Roel was so easy, which is very rare with contractors and construction companies in my experience. The work they did was thorough and careful and they charged me a very fair price. I appreciated them talking me through the phases of repairs (they were extensive) as they went. They really seem to care and they made the process painless. I will definitely use them in the future!

If you want your stucco home to look and feel like new, I highly recommend Exterior Remediation Specialists. Roel and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. This included removing stucco and replacing rotted wood and then reconstructing the stucco areas, sealing and painting. No detail was left undone. Everyone on the crew was extremely talented and respectful. Kudos to ERS!!
