Our sun room was completed and I could not be happier. It's large spacious. It's very windy at the base of the mountains where we live plus we've had tons of thunderstorms. It has stood up wonderfully. We're empty nesters and our cats love our sunroom and spending rime with us. We have a bar outside if the kitchen window which us ideal for serving tood and drinks. I contacted Exterior Perfections about enclosing my upstairs deck. Dominic came out to the house, took measurements, and provided a quote. I signed the contract on 10/24/22. They warned me that the permitting process in Oakland could be lengthy, up to 6 months before they could start. It has now been 462 DAYS and work has not started. Every time I contact Oakland permitting they tell me that they are waiting on Exterior Perfections to respond to a question. I've sent Exterior Perfections numerous emails but no response.
