This week, Max’s crew was very helpful in making two adjustments to my four year-old Markilux retractable patio awning. It’s working like new again. A crew of two made visits on two consecutive days, at not cost. I couldn’t be happier. We love our Markilux awning. It makes it possible to sit at our patio table in the comfort of shade. We hope and expect the awning to last many more years because of the high quality German design and materials. Five stars to Exterior Perfections!

Update: The project is finished and it is beautiful. The workers were all wonderful. I am concerned that a licensed electrician did not do the electrical work. It passed inspection, so fingers crossed. I never saw the project manager again, so communication continued to be an issue. A third footing was not needed, so I was given a credit along with $200 for my trouble. (The office asked me twice to change my review.) My husband signed a contract and paid a deposit of over $10,000 in September 2025. Later a project manager ca... read more

My husband signed a contract and paid a deposit of over $10,000 in September 2025. Later a project manager came out and aggressively tried to upscale us. (First red flag) In November, my husband unexpectedly passed. Finally, in December, a team came out to dig holes for the footings. The original plans called for 5. They dug three, but I was charged for five. I asked for an itemized bill that included labor costs, but was told they do not do that. I found the original contract that broke down the cost for each footing. I sen... read more

Exterior perfections just finished converting our balcony to a 4-seasons sun-room and we are very happy with the end result! From the design to execution, everything was handled very professionally and it looks great! Should help prevent the leakage we have been experiencing during the rains over the last couple of years. Highly recommend Exterior Perfections!
