Update: The project is finished and it is beautiful. The workers were all wonderful. I am concerned that a licensed electrician did not do the electrical work. It passed inspection, so fingers crossed. I never saw the project manager again, so communication continued to be an issue. A third footing was not needed, so I was given a credit along with $200 for my trouble. (The office asked me twice to change my review.) My husband signed a contract and paid a deposit of over $10,000 in September 2025. Later a project manager came out and aggressively tried to upscale us. (First red flag) In November, my husband unexpectedly passed. Finally, in December, a team came out to dig holes for the footings. The original plans called for 5. They dug three, but I was charged for five. I asked for an itemized bill that included labor costs, but was told they do not do that. Exterior perfections just finished converting our balcony to a 4-seasons sun-room and we are very happy with the end result! From the design to execution, everything was handled very professionally and it looks great! Should help prevent the leakage we have been experiencing during the rains over the last couple of years. Highly recommend Exterior Perfections!
David and his team just finished our sunroom build and we are truly delighted with this new living space! They worked really well with the strangeness of our space and created what looks like a formal addition to our home. It looks So good! It'll be such a chill spot during the summers! The only negative was that it took a bit longer than expected to get the project started, so we couldn't enjoy it during this summer. This is like a bad joke! We went to this adres yesterday and there is NOTHING! Not even an office.. Then we called the phone number, the lady answered the phone and she seemed flabbergasted, like it was an unexpected call! All she wanted the know my whole name and she didn’t be able to give me any information! Ok any ideas?
